I am so happy you’re here. My meal-prep services focus on creating nourishing meals using health-promoting, high-quality ingredients that can be customized to your dietary needs. With a focus on nutrient-dense vegetables and greens, moderate protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, my goal is to have you feeling joyfully fed! My homemade dressings are only made with healthy fats like avocado oil, extra-virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, and sometimes a dash of organic dairy. I use organic, pasture-raised, free-range, grass-fed/finished products as much as I can.

I also provide breakfast items, snacks, freezer meals, and customizable meal planning services. Please see more on that below.

More About the Menu:

Bowls and Salads are a great option for on-the-go and ready-to-eat meal choices. Every bowl can be made vegan, low carb, or assembled as a salad if not already prepared as one. Dressings are all homemade with minimal ingredients or a trusted brand I use in my own kitchen. $10-13 per meal based on ingredients.

Freezer meals, sheet pan dinners, and crockpot meals are also available. This is a great option for soon-to-be and veteran mommas looking for a low-maintenance way to eat healthy and feed their family well when life gets crazy. Please contact me for more information and pricing.

Smoothie freezer packs can help make your morning a breeze! I personally make a “fab four” smoothie every morning and guarantee you’ll start your morning right with these. Please contact me for more information on flavor combinations. Makes a 16-20 oz. smoothie. $4/pack.

Protein bites for that mid morning snack to curb your hunger until lunch or that mid afternoon pick-me-up when the sugar cravings kick in. Rotating flavors! Always vegan, refined-sugar free and gluten-free. $10-$12/batch (about 12-14 pieces.)

Yogurt Cups are a filling lunch or breakfast always made with high-protein, organic greek yogurt, organic berries, grain-free granola if you’re feeling sweet. Organic veggies, chickpeas, olive oil, lemon and spices if you’re feeling savory. $5/each.

Chia Puddings & Overnight Oats are a personal favorite of mine for when I am feeling a hearty breakfast or snack option. Made with collagen peptides, nut-milk, chia seeds, oats, flax, nut butters, vanilla extract, and minimal amounts of natural sweeteners. $3.50/each.

Chaffles are a keto trendy cheese waffle that works as a great substitute for bread. Sweet and savory options made mostly of free-range eggs, organic mozzerella, and almond flour. $4/2 chaffles.

Paleo, keto, vegan, and gluten free desserts will conquer that sweet tooth without compromising your health. Personalized meal prep/coaching service is a way for you to dive deep into your nutrition goals with a one-on-one meeting with me to help you create a meal plan that fits your needs. This service consists of planning and creating recipes, grocery shopping tips and tricks, and meal-prepping together in your home (if preferred) or delivered to you prepped and ready.
